Portrait Sculpture
Throughout the history of figurative art, there have been innumerable approaches to the subject, countless expressions that concentrate on and are connected by nothing other than that particular premise. This body of both two and three dimensional portraiture in clay, mixed media, and paint investigates the psychology of borders, boundaries, and environs upon an individual.
Open-ended narratives are created through juxtaposition of portrait and object to imply both psychological and metaphorical place.
