This series of work began in preparation for the 2007 NCECA two-person show CLAY SQUARED (officially written with the small 2 used as the mathematical symbol for 'square'). The square continues to be an interesting format for experimentation. The limitation of form vocabulary has forced me to focus more on scale, texture, surface, interior/exterior and display/installation.
